Yoga for the respiratory system. Yogic breathing practices called pranayama help the lungs and diaphragm gain or regain capacity, strength and endurance. Focused breathing exercises, with mostly seated and some standing stretches, suitable for brand new beginners. Guided meditation brings awareness to the subtle four-part process of breathing while calming the mind.
