Service Description

Corporations, nonprofits, academic institutions, and other organizations can provide the benefits of yoga tailored to their specific populations. Gentle stretching, breathing practice, and meditation that promote mindfulness and ease and combat sedentary health hazards. Refresh at the desk! In person yoga and guided meditation in group retreats, or an online selection of yoga videos for staff or students; I offer numerous creative options and will work with you to find your best one.

Cancellation Policy

Non-transferable, non-refundable. Last booking window and cancellation for reschedule is 1 hour before class start time. Plan pause option in cases of injury illness, or emergent situations contact chilltownyoga@gmail.com.
