I'm Lara Moon, and I teach people of all shapes, ages and ability levels to practice and enjoy yoga. In my classes you'll learn to move body and breath with care to comfortably embody yoga poses, avoid injury and meditate with ease. I guarantee it will be fun, safe, and make you feel serene.
I'm an ERYT-500 and YACEP (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), and am the owner and founder Chilltown Yoga in Jersey City, NJ.
At present, I'm livestreaming Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (Breathing Practices) and Meditation, and blended classes via Zoom until further notice.

Yoga is for everyone, no exceptions. My motto is: Move, breathe, be. I focus on teaching how to practice yoga consistently, safely and with devotion to achieve physical well-being, emotional balance and personal transformation. I possess ERYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Ashtanga Yoga from Multi-Dimensional Yoga School NYC. I have studied Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series with David Swenson and David Williams. I also am certified in Yin Yoga by Corina Benner, and have studied Chakra Yoga with Anodea Judith, and Yoga of Awakening with Seane Corn.
